Right of Access

Purpose of the Right: Data subjects have the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not their personal data is being processed and, if so, access to that data. This allows individuals to understand how their data is being used.

Access Request Process: Individuals can make a request for access to their data, and organisations must respond within one month. The data provided should be in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
